This first stage is a series of conversations we’ll have to deep-dive into what your brand is all about. I can help you make sense of all the ideas floating around in your head and identify a clear outline and strategic plan for your business, starting with your core services. If you are a specialized consultant, what exactly is it that you help people with? How do you serve them, and how can we put words to that? How do we want to package your services? We will define all of that while also distilling your voice, vibe, and aesthetic. The clarity we will gain from this stage is a huge catalyst for your website and everything else! This Game Plan is something you can implement yourself, or if you choose to move forward with a Launch That Idea project, your Game Plan payment will be applied to the total cost.

It will be a relief to finally launch that idea you can’t stop thinking about, and we will celebrate that! Depending on your needs we will do one of these sized projects:
Basic Refresh | $2,500
A mini project for a simple website or social media refresh to get you going
Home Base | $5,500 *most common
Your new website, expressing your brand’s full personality; its one central source of information, well-crafted written copy, beautiful aesthetic, and lasting first impressions
Business Makeover | $10,000
If you have an extra big vision for relaunching your existing business or starting a new one, we’ll do a thorough overhaul of your website, backend systems, email newsletters, social media content, product or packaging design, and/or your unique proprietary body of work: series of writing, curriculum development, video content, etc.

I’m Micaela Zahner, I live in my home state of Vermont, and formerly Brooklyn, New York. I do business coaching and branding because I care, a lot, about bringing ideas to life. I love helping people find clarity and the conviction to express it. With a background in textile design for fashion, I bring design, visioning, and business logistics together into my work. It is my distinct pleasure to encourage others in finding out what’s possible, in turning one’s skills and passions into a vocation. It’s my mission to more fully express myself in my lifetime - to bring my lingering ideas to life, and to help you do the same.
